Winter Writing Contest
Centennial’s Creative Writing Club is having a winter writing contest. In your submission, you have to include one or more of the following phrases: “Now is the winter of our discontent”, “Winter dawn is the color of metal”, “From caves of ice and fields of snow the breath of night like death did flow”, and “In winter, fire is beautiful”. Three prizes will be awarded with the first place winner receiving ten dollars. They will be giving prizes for best poem, best short story or novel excerpt, and best use of all four phrases.
