Super Bowl XLVIII Preview

The final game of the 2013-2014 NFL season takes place on February 2nd with Super Bowl XLVIII. The AFC champions Denver Broncos take on the NFC champions Seattle Seahawks. This game takes place in the New York/ New Jersey area at Metlife Stadium which is an outdoor stadium. So there is a chance that this Super Bowl could break the record for coldest Super Bowl ever which was set at Super Bowl VI at 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The forecast calls for 26 degrees Fahrenheit. Both teams play in cold weather so it should not affect them very much. The game is being broadcasted by Fox Sports with kickoff scheduled at 5:30 PM CST and the halftime show is Bruno Mars with guest the Red Hot Chilli Peppers.  Read more »
