Speech Team Wraps up a Successful Season

The Centennial speech team should be proud of their efforts this session.  This past weekend Centennial senior Mecca Muhammad earned  5th place  in Special Occasion Speaking, and senior  Anne Zola placed 8th in Dramatic Interpretation.
This season many other Charger Speechies competed at the sectional level in Charleston.    They should be proud of their work.  Speech is both an individual and team effort. Students spend hours after school during the season to make their performance the best.   Congratulations!

Informative Speaking (Info) – Rachel Stickels (So.) – 3rd

Original Comedy (OC) – Mecca Muhammad (Sr.) – 1st

Poetry Reading (PO) – Anne Zola (Jr.) – 2nd

Prose Reading (PR) – Aashika Ashok (So.) – 4th
