Vice Versa is a fun time of year for everyone with all the stress of winter it’s nice to just go to a dance with somebody. For Centennial High School our Vice Versa dance this year is called “Winter Versa”. The dance is going to be Saturday, February 28, from 7 to 10 pm at The Refinery. It costs five dollars to get in and the ticket sales will be Wednesday through Friday (February 25-27). You can buy your tickets in the main lobby of Centennial High School any of these three days.
Junior Evan Peirce qualified for the IHSA state swim meet this weekend. Evan was the sectional champ last weekend in the 500 Freestyle and will compete on Friday at New Trier High School in Winnetka. Good luck to Evan!

Sixty four students and staff members were asked out of the nominees for best picture “Which one did they think deserved the Oscar?” We tallied their answers and have compiled them into a table.
This past weekend, Centennial’s varsity cheer team competed in the IHSA state competition for the 4th year in a row. The competition was held at the U.S Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington.
