Wednesday was Disney Day at Centennial. Students channeled their inner child and celebrated the joy of Disney movies and icons.
Tuesday was Denim Day for Homecoming Week. Students covered themselves in denim to show their school spirit.

Lauren Zharn is a senior at Centennial. She is on the cheer team, NHS, prom committee and is also in Interact. “She is a fun and kindhearted person,” says fellow senior Leland Jackson. We were able to interview her about being selected for Charger of the Week below.
This weekend Centennial Playmakers present the play Leading Ladies. Come see this funny farce on Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the Aldridge Auditorium at 7pm.
The Centurian, Centennial’s yearbook, is now available for pick up or purchase. Visit room 226 during 6th hour or after school to get your copy. Copies are $60 if you have not pre-purchased your book. This year’s book is a 3D experience, so be ready to pop out.
Tony Millard is the new athletic director at Centennial. His job consists of overseeing the facilities, athletic teams and many staff members at Centennial. Previously he worked in Macon as a history teacher and athletic director. He has also been a baseball and basketball coach.
A class that is not recognized much here at Centennial is, in my opinion, the most beneficial class to attend: ECP. Early College Program is a rigorous class Centennial has to offer that seniors and juniors should take advantage of.
