Charger of the Week: Hannah Martinez

by Christen Hutchison

This week, Hannah Martinez, a senior at Centennial High School is our Charger of the week. Even though this is Hannah’s first year at Centennial, Hannah is involved in Girls Basketball, Girls Soccer, FCA,  Student Council, and NHS. Hannah is a fun person to talk to and she has a very easy going personality.

What do you enjoy most about Centennial?

“I enjoy my friends and the sports most at Centennial. I played basketball and soccer tryouts are coming up so i’m looking forward to the soccer season.”

What are your favorite hobbies?

“My favorite hobbies are playing basketball, shopping, and playing soccer.”

What is your favorite food?

“My favorite food… oh gosh. My favorite food is peanut butter M&M’s or grilled chicken from Chick-fil-a.”

What is your favorite clothing brand?

“I would definitely have to go with Lily.”

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

“I would move back to Florida because I used to live there before I moved here to Champaign.”

If you were giving a million dollars for a day, what would you do with it?

“I would get out of Illinois, travel to Europe, come back… wait scratch that, it’s only for a day. I would definitely go on a big shopping spree and then I would buy a house and put a down payment on it. It would be a beach house in Florida or South Carolina.”
