Guess who’s graduating with the class of 2017 this year?
Friday was Charger Spirit Day. Students wore blue and white for the pep rally and game.
Thursday of Homecoming Week was Sports Day. Students and staff gathered their medals, jerseys and sports gear to show their Charger spirit.
Blaine Lehman is a cheerleader, a member in Best Buddies, and also has future plans to join Rattle the Stars. She is a juror on peer court. She has sick moves and is funny and friendly.
The Centinal interviewed a student from India, a freshman at Centennial, and his name is Manan Patel. He has been here in the U.S for one year already.
Wednesday of Homecoming Week was Western Day. Students and staff celebrated the west with ten gallon hats, boots and flannel shirts. Seniors won both the macho volleyball and the power puff football games.
Tuesday was Twin Day for Centennial’s homecoming. Students found a friend and coordinated outfits.
Amber Behrends is the new Spanish teacher. Behrends went to the U of I. She student taught at Charleston, IL and is now happy to be here at Centennial.
Homecoming 2016 started off with students dressing like their favorite celebrities on Movie Star Monday.
