Congratulations Centennial Students, we can finally wear hats in school. During last semester Mr. Riegler decided to talk to the teachers about what they think about allowing hats in school. He also talked to some students to see how they would feel about hats being allowed. Most of the teachers and students decided that they wouldn’t mind hats in classes. Mr. Riegler decided the new semester would be a great time to start this new rule. No hoods allowed but now your ears can be nice and toasty in class and you can hide your bad hair day with a nice hat.
This year Centennial was greeted with a new principal, Brian Riegler, and I know we have all had questions about what he plans on changing in the school. Riegler sat down with me and answered a few questions about himself and our school.
In memory of Luke. Last year around spring the anti-bullying club was started because Luke Miller who had experienced bullying passed away. This club is sponsored by Centennial Archery Coach Lenz who is now working in the library. The club was started by Centennial seniors who were tired of bullying being a problem in our society: Haylie Denzer, Dylan Chambers, and Lexi Alves.
